I got stressed out because they kept me on hold while I was trying to reach them to let them know I might be late. I got through finally and was told there was only a 15 minute window. I rushed and got there 2 minutes before my appointment, then waited 20 minutes for them. I suggest a better way of patients communicating directly with your office staff to resolve this issue and not waiting for scheduling.

Great friendly service. Since the moment I walked in I was greeted. All of the staff was friendly and attentive to my needs. The Doctor sat with me and took the time to answers all of my questions and concerns.

Dr. Doss has supported my health for many years. This meeting, he summarized the results of recent tests and a scan he had ordered. In sum, Dr. Doss stated that I have a situation of good health, and humorously stated that my health is "medically boring!" I understood and stated to him, "That's a high health rating!" and we laughed.
