Very nice staff! Dr. Cucher was very thorough and put me at ease. I was referred to him, and I’m so glad as I know I’m in good hands!

Except Sean in scheduling. He told me I couldn’t do the tests until the end of April. I explained that the doctors assistant was on the phone with my husband telling him to take time off of work because I needed the tests soon. Sean’s response was “too bad “. I said can I have it done at the hospital or someplace. Sean responded “no”. I said can you check with the doctor if April is okay. Sean responded “no the doctor has no control of scheduling “. I admit I was very upset and I yelled at Sean that it wasn’t acceptable. Sean suddenly found end of March. The doctor was so nice I am unable to get from my wheelchair to the table so I have to bring my husband to help me. Because the doctor realized that meant no pay for my husband he put in the request one day both tests. Again Sean responded “too bad we can only do it end of March if you come twice “. I took the multiple appointments but I was very upset about my treatment. I didn’t get her name my mistake I was very upset. She nicely took me in a room calmed me down and with my husband on the phone scheduled two tests on one day next week. All your staff has been very nice and helpful with my disabilities. Sean was the only experience I have had with rudeness and inconsideration at both your offices maybe since it was so unexpected it was very upsetting especially when I am dealing with the news that I may have a severe medical condition. I trusted the doctors opinion not Sean’s opinion of what I needed to do. Everyone else was wonderful especially the nice manager who helped me. I didn’t ask her name but if you can figure it out tell her thank you

It is actually a pleasure to go to my heart appointments. There is such a fantastic team at the Talavi office. Dr. Gomes is the best. The gentleman up front named Sean is such a compassionate, kind, helpful and knowledgeable person

Today I was seen i. A very timely manner. I was made to feel my tears me was important too. This man is an excellent doctor. I highly recommend him. I feel he is a big reason I am alive today.

Very good. The doctors and assistants are very friendly but very serious when it gets down to business. I've been in their care since 2005 and never had a bad experience. They inform me of every step we take. I have no complaints.

No long wait, staff was great and Dr. Patel was very friendly. Check in lady at the front desk was not so great, but ok. It was lunch time not to make excuses for her.
