Dr. Banna was great. Had to wait 45 minutes past my appointment time. Since you have a strict arrival time policy waiting that long was inappropriate. My time is valuable too.

I have one of the best heart Doctor, he is respectful, listen, and makes sure you understand what he recommends I give him 5 stars. Now the staff in office and phone operator are the most rude people you can speak too. They are disrespectful, belittle you, make you feel dumb, and will not listen what you like to explain something to them. I would recommend you replace them or send them to classes on how to treat patients.
