Panagiotis Panotopoulos, MD, FACC
Dr. Panagiotis Panotopoulos was born in Greece and he graduated from Athens Medical School, in 1985.
He completed his Internal Medicine Residency and Cardiology Fellowship training at St Francis Hospital, in Evanston, Illinois. His Fellowship training in Cardiac Electrophysiology was at the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee Campus, under the direction of Dr. Akhtar.
Dr Panotopoulos is a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology and a member of the Heart Rhythm Society.
He is Board Certified in Cardiac Electrophysiology, Cardiology and Internal Medicine.
He has authored papers in peer review journals, book chapters and he has presented abstracts in national meetings. He was Clinical Assistant Professor of Medicine at the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee Campus.
His practice interests include diagnosis and management of supraventricular and ventricular arrhythmias, defibrillator and pacemaker implantation and follow-up, catheter ablation and management of syncope.
